OIE is a strong proponent of raising awareness and encouraging action in advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). In participating in SDG Action and Awareness Week 2025, OIE is hosting the following events:

• Mid-Semester Gathering on Tuesday, March 4 from 11am to 12:15pm
• SDG Interactive Art Hours on Wednesday, March 5 from 12pm to 2pm
• Going Global with GT: Sustainability-focused Study Abroad Programs on Thursday, March 6 from 11am to 12pm
• Atlanta United Soccer Game on Saturday, March 8 at 7:30 pm (closed event)
• Fulbright Information Session - IEA Award for Faculty and Staff on Wednesday, March 12 from 12pm to 1:15pm
