Through partnership with IDEI, OIE is able to have an OIE cohort participate. ILA usually requires that participants are managers; for the OIE cohort, however, non-managers are eligible to apply. OIE is better able to support our stakeholders and achieve our mission thanks to having so many Culture Champions.
