Welcome to Education Abroad Scholarships

There are many who think that study abroad is too expensive—but it doesn’t have to be a massive financial undertaking. When Tech students study abroad on a Tech program, they take their financial aid with them. That means that scholarships, grants, and loans apply towards their experience abroad. Furthermore, students pay the in-state tuition rate (plus a $250 fee for out-of-state students. The most notable exception to this is Georgia Tech—Lorraine where students pay a $3,500 fee) when studying abroad.

There are also a number of scholarships to help defray the costs of studying abroad. OIE administers scholarships and there are many other study abroad scholarships available.
